&lt;p&gt;You know how sometimes it feels like the universe is following you with the same subject? Well, this how I&amp;#8217;ve been feeling. Last week I got a very interesting question from a friend that said: What kind of exercises are good for depression? Then, in the same week a heard another friend telling me she is depressed, and always hear people saying that they don&amp;#8217;t work out when they are sad, depressed or in a bad mood. Well, I am far away from being a phycologist, even though I thought about majoring phycology, it didn&amp;#8217;t happen. But I&amp;#8217;ve always been fascinated with the human being&amp;#8217;s mind, it&amp;#8217;s so mysterious and complex that I can go on and on about it. And today I woke up in writing mood, which it could be a problem because I won&amp;#8217;t stop and will probably get off track, so I will make this post simple. I&amp;#8217;ve never been depressed, I&amp;#8217;ve been sad. Yes,  I&amp;#8217;ve had hard moments but I can&amp;#8217;t speak as someone who really understands about depression, but in the other hand, I am very happy person, so I can talk about happiness, about well being, about positivity, and to write this post I had to remember how I was when I was really sad, what did I do to get out of that hole, and I realized that every time I caught myself in a bad position emotionally and I&amp;#8217;ve changed, either it was a job, a boyfriend (lol), my routine and also I tried to make small challenges for myself, projects that I would make me feel rewarded in the end,. So to me life is as simple as that: YOU DO WHATEVER MAKES IS HEART SMILE!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Choose activities that you will HAVE FUN!!! &lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Surround yourself with positive people!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Choose the food that doesn&amp;#8217;t make you feel disgusting afterwards!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Listen to music that will touch your soul, music can cure!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be ACTIVE but learn to REST!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;And BE YOU&amp;#8230;.don&amp;#8217;t try to be anyone else, be your BEAUTIFUL SELF, and if your are not happy with who you are&amp;#8230;then CHANGE IT to a better YOU!&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Você já teve a sensação de que  às vezes parece que o universo está te rodiando com o mesmo assunto? Bem, é assim que me sinto. Na semana passada recebi uma pergunta muito interessante que dizia: Que tipo de exercícios são bons para a depressão? E, na mesma semana ouvi uma amiga me dizer que está deprimida, e sempre ouço as pessoas dizerem que não se exercitam quando estão tristes, deprimidos (as) ou de mau humor. Bem, eu estou longe de ser uma Psicóloga, já cogitei a ideia de estudar Psicologia, porque sempre fui fascinada com a mente do ser humano, é tão misteriosa e complexa que eu poderia falar sobre este assunto por horas. Porém hoje acordei com aquela vontade de escrever, e tentarei ser o mais direta possível com este post. Eu nunca tive depressão. Tive momentos tristes, momentos difíceis, mas não posso falar como alguém que realmente entende sobre a depressão, por outro lado, eu sou pessoa muito feliz, e posso falar sobre felicidade, sobre bem-estar, e coisas positivas, apesar de que para escrever este post eu tive que me lembrar como foi quando eu estava triste, o que fiz para sair do buraco, e foi aí que me dei conta que toda vez que eu me peguei numa posição ruim emocionalmente, eu mudei, o emprego, o namorado (rsrsrsrs), minha rotina e também tentei fazer pequenos desafios, projetos que no final tiveram uma recompensa. Para simplificar, a vida é simples assim: você deve fazer o que faz o teu coração sorrir!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Escolha as atividades que você vai se divertir!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Cerque-se de pessoas positivas!&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Ouça música que vai tocar a sua alma, música cura!&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Seja uma pessoa ativa, mas aprenda a descansar!&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Lately I have been trying to spice it up my diet a little, after my fitness competition I just needed a little break from fish and veggies, even though I am still eating them on a regular basis I decided to add more good fat into my daily routine and will see what the results will be.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Here is a recipe of a granola, that I am calling granutola that came out delicious and I recommend having with organic goat yogurt. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/5 lbs of pistachio&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/5 lbs of cashew nut&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;200 grams of sunflower seed&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;200 grams of flaxseeds &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 cup of quinoa&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 dates&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;150 grams of cacao nibs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I lightly toasted all the nuts, seeds and quinoa, let it cool. Thinly sliced the dates, and then add to the mix with the cacao nibs. Super nutritious, super delicious!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Ultimamente tenho tentado apimentar um pouco a minha dieta, depois da competição de fitness Eu precisava de uma pequena pausa de peixes e vegetais, embora eu ainda esteja comendo quase a mesma coisa todos os dias, decidi acrescentar um pouco mais de gordura &amp;#8220;boa&amp;#8221; na minha rotina e vamos ver qual serão os resultados. Aqui está uma receita de granola, que eu chamo de &amp;#8220;granutola&amp;#8221;, ficou deliciosa e recomendo comer junto ao iogurte de cabra orgânico.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;250 gramas de pistachio&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;250 gramas de castanha de caju&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;200 gramas de sementes de girassol&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;200 gramas de linhaça&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 xícara de quinoa&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10&amp;#160;tâmaras&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;150 gramas cacau crú -não o cacau em pó&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Leve ao forno: pistachio, castanha, semente de girassol e linhaça até dourar, retire e deixe esfriar. Corte as tâmaras bem fnas e acrescente o cacau. &lt;p&gt;Why is it that nowadays people have so many eating disorders? Some eat away too much, and some don&amp;#8217;t eat much at all. Well, the way the world is growing it becomes obvious that we are train to be a certain way starting from a very young age. Magazines, newspaper, TV, internet , media in general, are always telling you what you should eat and what you should look like. Let me first start saying that, half of the times we don&amp;#8217;t even know what we are actually eating because even if we read the nutritional facts of a product, most of the time we don&amp;#8217;t know what the ingredients are. So I guess, the problem starts here, when we are eating things we can&amp;#8217;t even pronounce the name, we shouldn&amp;#8217;t eat it at all. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;People ask all the time what is my diet like? It&amp;#8217;s pretty simple, and the more I am learning and getting deep into nutrition, my eating habits have becoming simpler. I don&amp;#8217;t eat processed food, I eat tons of veggies, lean meat such as&amp;#160;: organic turkey, organic chicken, grass fed beef, organic salmon. Cage free  eggs. No sugar, if I am craving for sweets I will have a 70% dark chocolate or fruit. Nuts and seeds. At this point I am also cutting all the gluten, which has no good purpose for our body anyways. Eat clean, choose organic and grass fed, go raw when you have the option. See the difference in the body and live longer.  Even on my training days I am starting to go barefoot, so my body stays as  close to the natural way as possible.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;div&gt;&lt;span id="result_box"&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;Por que é&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;que hoje em dia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;as pessoas têm&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;tantos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;transtornos alimentares&lt;/span&gt;? &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Alguns comem&lt;/span&gt; além do necessário&lt;span class="hps"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e outros comem abaixo do que deveriam&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Bem, da&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;maneira que o mundo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;está crescendo,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;torna-se cada vez mais óbvio&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;que somos treinados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; para&lt;/span&gt; viver de uma certa maneira&lt;span class="hps"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; As r&lt;span class="hps"&gt;evistas&lt;/span&gt;, jornais, &lt;span class="hps"&gt;TV&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, internet,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;mídia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;em geral,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;estão sempre&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;dizendo o que você&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;deve comer&lt;/span&gt; e com quem você deve parecer&lt;span class="hps"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; Vou começar &lt;span class="hps"&gt;dizendo que&lt;/span&gt;, metade das &lt;span class="hps"&gt;vezes &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;nós nem sequer&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;sabemos o que estamos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;realmente comendo,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;porque mesmo ao ler as&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; informações nutricionais de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;um produto,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;na maioria das vezes&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;não sabemos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;quais são os ingredientes&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Então eu acho&lt;/span&gt;, que o problema &lt;span class="hps"&gt;começa aí&lt;/span&gt;, à partir do momento que não se consegue &lt;span class="hps"&gt;pronunciar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;o nome&lt;/span&gt;, não devemos ingerir a substância seja ela qual for. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;As pessoas perguntam&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;o tempo como é&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; minha dieta&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;?&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;É simples&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e quanto mais me aprofundo na&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;nutrição, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;meus hábitos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;alimentares têm se tornado &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;mais simples.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Eu&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;não como &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;alimentos processados&lt;/span&gt;, como muitos &lt;span class="hps"&gt;legumes,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;carne magra&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, tais como:&lt;/span&gt; peito de &lt;span class="hps"&gt;peru&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;orgânico,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;frango orgânico, &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;salmão &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;orgânico.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Ovos sem adição de hormônios&lt;/span&gt;. A&lt;span class="hps"&gt;çúcar refinado 0, &lt;/span&gt; e quando quero um doce faço a opção de &lt;span class="hps"&gt;chocolate&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;70%&lt;/span&gt; cacau &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ou frutas&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Nozes e sementes.&lt;/span&gt; T&lt;span class="hps"&gt;ambém estou&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;cortando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;tudo&lt;/span&gt; de &lt;span class="hps"&gt;glúten&lt;/span&gt;, que não tem nenhum &lt;span class="hps"&gt;bom propósito para&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; nosso corpo.&lt;/span&gt; Coma da maneira mais clean&lt;span class="hps"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; sempre que puder escolha a opção &lt;span class="hps"&gt;orgânica e você verá &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;a diferença &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;no corpo. Até na hora do treino estou me adaptando a treinar descalça para readaptar meu corpo a maineira natural de ser.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;

&lt;p&gt;(post em português abaixo)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Sorry for taking so long to make another post. These past days have been kind of crazy and kind of emotional. I feel like my last posts have all been very emotional and I didn&amp;#8217;t want to make this blog about an self help type of blog. Because it&amp;#8217;s not. But then I realized that I am always talking and encouraging people to except where they are in life, and maybe this is where my life is, and I just need to except it. I never really understood why athletes were also so deep when they talked about feelings, but now I see that a fitness goal can also become something much more deep than just getting in shape.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;WHY?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Because, you are in touch with yourself at all times. I found myself struggling to wake up earlier than usual to do my cardio. My body saying: stay in bed, don&amp;#8217;t go! And my inner voice saying: Get up, you can do this. You chose this!!! And sometimes I am not going to lie, I stayed in bed, but those were the days of regret. Whenever you choose the easy way that is no satisfaction, no feeling of victory. So I ask myself what makes me happy?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My family and friends for sure. To travel, to eat, to make love, to watch a great movie, to buy something that looks really good on me, to drink my coffee, to work out, to run, to bike, to dance, to listen to music, to bike again, to meet good people, to feel like I&amp;#8217;ve helped, to make someone smile, to feel like I am learning something, to watch a sunrise or sunset, to be at the beach doing nothing, to walk barefoot, to be in touch with nature&amp;#8230;..those are some examples of what makes me happy. Easy right? It should be&amp;#8230;.It&amp;#8217;s pretty simple you put on a list together and see if you are honestly doing what makes you happy. If you are not, it&amp;#8217;s time to change. And how do we change it? First, by wanting to change. Second, by doing it. Third by never quitting. I made myself a goal, which was to start  competing in fitness, then I realized that so many things changed along the way. My goal still the same, but I am not. I&amp;#8217;ve learned so much, I discovered new things and people. I touched people&amp;#8217;s life by following a dream, and they&amp;#8217;ve touched mine. So, I realized we are all here to change and exchange. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#8217;t wish for another life. Or compare yours to others. Simply live yours. I promisse you it&amp;#8217;s that simple!!!&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span title="Sorry for taking so long to make another post."&gt;Já faz um tempinho desde o último post. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="These past days have been kind of crazy and kind of emotional."&gt;Estes últimos dias têm sido meio agitados e um tanto emocional.Também achei que meus últimos posts foram muitos emocionais e não queria fazer deste espaço um livro de auto-ajuda. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Because it's not."&gt;Porque não é! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="But then I realized that I am always talking and encouraging people to except where they are in life, and maybe this is where my life is, and I just need to except it."&gt;Mas também percebi que estou sempre falando e incentivando as pessoas a aceitarem o momento em que estão na vida, e talvez este seja o meu, e tenho que aceitar. R&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I never really understood why athletes were also so deep when they talked about feelings, but now I see that a fitness goal can also become something much more deep than just getting in shape."&gt;ealmente nunca entendi por que os atletas quando falam muitas vezes são tão profundos e sentimentais, mas agora vejo que uma meta de fitness também pode se tornar algo muito mais profundo do que apenas ficar em forma.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="WHY?"&gt;POR QUE?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Because, you are in touch with yourself at all times."&gt;Porque, você está em contato com você em todos os momentos. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I found myself struggling to wake up earlier than usual to do my cardio."&gt;Eu me vi lutando para acordar mais cedo que o habitual para fazer o meu aeróbico em jejum. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="My body saying: stay in bed, don't go!"&gt;Meu corpo dizendo: fica na cama, não vá! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="And my inner voice saying: Get up, you can do this."&gt;E a minha voz interior dizendo: Levanta, você consegue. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="You chose this!!!"&gt;Você escolheu isso! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="And sometimes I am not going to lie, I stayed in bed, but those were the days of regret."&gt;E, algumas vezes não vou mentir, fiquei na cama, mas aqueles foram os dias de arrependimento. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Whenever you choose the easy way that is no satisfaction, no feeling of victory."&gt;Sempre que você escolhe o caminho mais fácil não traz nenhuma satisfação, nenhum sentimento de vitória. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="So I ask myself what makes me happy?"&gt;Então eu me pergunto o que me faz feliz?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="My family and friends for sure."&gt;Minha família e amigos, com certeza.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="To travel, to eat, to make love, to watch a great movie, to buy something that looks really good on me, to drink my coffee, to work out, to run, to bike, to dance, to listen to music, to"&gt; Viajar, comer, transar, assistir a um bom filme, comprar algo que me caia bem, beber o meu café, malharrrrrr, correr, andar de bicicleta, dançar, ouvir música, andar de moto&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="bike again, to meet good people, to feel like I've helped, to make someone smile, to feel like I am learning something, to watch a sunrise or sunset, to be at the beach doing nothing, to walk barefoot, to be"&gt;, conhecer pessoas, ajudar alguém, fazer alguém sorrir,  sentir que aprendendi algo, ver o nascer ou pôr do sol,  estar na praia sem fazer nada, andar descalça, estar &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="in touch with nature.....those are some examples of what makes me happy."&gt;em contato com a natureza., me superar, conquistar algo ou alguém &amp;#8230;.. esses são alguns exemplos do que me deixa feliz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Easy right?"&gt;Fácil né? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="It should be....It's pretty simple you put on a list together and see if you are honestly doing what makes you happy."&gt;Deveria ser &amp;#8230;. É muito simples você coloca tudo numa lista e vê se realmente está fazendo o que te deixa feliz. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="If you are not, it's time to change."&gt;Se não estiver, então é hora de mudar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="And how do we change it?"&gt;E como podemos mudar&amp;#160;? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="First, by wanting to change."&gt;Primeiro, temos que querer mudar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Second, by doing it, third by never quitting."&gt;Em segundo, fazer as mudanças acontecerem. E em terceiro, nunca desistir. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I made myself a goal, which was to start competing in fitness, then I realized that so many things changed along the way."&gt;Eu comecei o ano com um objetivo, que é treinar para competições de fisioculturismo, então  percebi que muitas coisas mudaram ao longo do caminho. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="My goal still the same, but I am not."&gt;Meu objetivo continua o mesmo, mas eu já não sou a mesma. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I've learned so much, I discovered new things and people."&gt;Mudei, aprendi muito, descobri coisas novas e pessoas também. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I touched people's life by following a dream, and they've touched mine."&gt;Toquei a vida de algumas pessoas e fui tocada por outras, seguindo um sonho!. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="So, I realized we are all here to change and exchange."&gt;Então, percebi que estamos todos aqui para mudar, nos reinventar e compartilhar nossas experiências.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Don't wish for another life."&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;&lt;span title="Don't wish for another life."&gt;Não deseje uma outra vida. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Or compare yours to others."&gt;Ou compare a sua com a vida alheia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Simply live yours."&gt;Simplesmente curta a vida que você têm. &lt;p&gt;What does life mean to you?&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;To me life is everything one has. Life is joy, life is happiness, life is love, life is sharing, life is sad sometimes, but life is meant to make you feel alive. I love life, sometimes I think I love it way too much. But how could you not? It&amp;#8217;s yours, you can do whatever you want with it. Some people go through life not knowing their purpose, others know since a very young age, because everyone&amp;#8217;s life is different and has a different purpose. But it&amp;#8217;s not just about having a purpose, it&amp;#8217;s also about just living, each moment, happy or not, but living.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nowadays life has a very simple meaning to me. And it is to live and love others, by doing what I love and sharing the energy. I kind of lost the interest of many superficial things, actually think I became very selfish towards life, because my only worry now is to make me and the people around me happy. And there are days  I wake up so happy, for no specific reason but I am just so happy and thankful to be living a healthy life. But then I stop to think, what about those that are fighting for their lives, and I am not talking about to making a living, I am talking about survival&amp;#8230;.those that don&amp;#8217;t have the health they need to live. How can they wake up happy? Do they? I bet many of them do. Because I think that &amp;#8220;we&amp;#8221; human beings give more value to things when we don&amp;#8217;t have them. Kinda of silly right? Absolutely!!! Well, this was just a small introduction or reflection that I would like to share with you, before I invite you to join me for a 5K Run on May, 12th. This run is to support Icla Da Silva Foundation- their mission is to save lives by recruiting bone marrow donors and by providing support services to children and adults with leukemia and other diseases treatable by marrow transplants.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;(post em português abaixo)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s almost 4 am and I just can&amp;#8217;t fall asleep. I have so much anxiety and keep rolling in bed. Am I ready I keep asking myself? I am 3 weeks from the big day and I can&amp;#8217;t help but think, am I ready? I have no idea, because this is the first time I&amp;#8217;ll do something like this. Today I woke up aching, and told myself to take the day off. Who said I was able to do that? I took my bike and rode all over manhattan. Sometimes I am so tired, my body is so run down that i just can&amp;#8217;t relax. Does this happen to everyone? Am I just going insane? Not to mention I just got a whole pumpkin loaf (my weakness) and blondies from a good friend that works for a desert company, and they are sitting in the kitchen table just staring at me. Nooooooo, I can&amp;#8217;t eat it, and I can&amp;#8217;t throw it out, I can probably put in the freezer, but it&amp;#8217;s so fresh, I don&amp;#8217;t want to put it in the freezer, are the thoughts going through my crazy mind.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Enough with the food talk, let me write a little, it&amp;#8217;s through writing that I can release a little bit of this pain, can I call it pain? I guess so. Because there are days that I suffer, I suffer because I am not hanging out with my friends, because I am no longer enjoying a glass of wine with my meals, because lately NO became the most used letters coming out of my mouth&amp;#8230;&amp;#8230;but for some reason there is something much bigger behind all this. This competition really became a dream, an obsession, a goal, something I can&amp;#8217;t just let go. It became much more than just a challenge, it&amp;#8217;s been a journey of reflexion, I got in touch with a side of myself that I didn&amp;#8217;t even know existed, because daily it&amp;#8217;s me and me, there is nothing or no one in between. And yes, there are days I feel very lonely, because even though I have many amazing friends, I am most of the time alone, working out, cooking, preparing something for the next day. I am constantly cooking, because I have to eat 6 meals a day. Last week someone said, &amp;#8221; oh you barely eat!&amp;#8221;. I barely eat?!, I replied. I eat almost 2 pounds of lean protein daily, plus all types of veggies and oatmeal, I continued. That was so offensive to me, because I am not trying to become a skinny person, neither filling myself with supplements, I am aiming to be somebody stronger and healthier by eating as clean as possible. So I do eat, and also prepare all my food, and on top of that, I do all of it with so much love, the love I&amp;#8217;ve started to develop for this cause. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Now, I don&amp;#8217;t know if I am still making sense, cuz started talking about one thing and probably changed the whole point of the beginning of this post. It&amp;#8217;s late, I can&amp;#8217;t sleep, I can&amp;#8217;t even put my ideas together, the only thing I have left is faith, faith that everything will work itself out and I will be able to see a clear picture in the end. Speaking out my fears is a way to let go of them. Thanks for reading me!&lt;/p&gt;

Faltam apenas 3 semanas para o grande dia e eu não consigo deixar de me cobrar, se estou pronta para esse desafio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I am 3 weeks from the big day and I can't help but think, am I ready?"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I have no idea, because this is the first time I'll something like this."&gt;E como poderia saber se esta é a primeira vez que faço algo assim? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Today I woke up aching, and told myself to take the day off."&gt;Hoje acordei dolorida, e disse a mim mesma que iria tirar o dia de folga. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Who said I was able to do that?"&gt;Quem disse que fui capaz de fazer isso? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="I took my bike and rode all over the manhattan."&gt;Peguei minha bicicleta e andei pela cidade inteira. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Sometimes I am so tired, my body is so run down that i just can't relax."&gt;Às vezes me sinto tão desgastada, que meu corpo não consegue desligar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Does this happen to everyone?"&gt;Isso acontece com todo atleta? Ou sou eu que exagero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Am I just going insane?"&gt;? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Not to mention I just got a whole pumpkin loaf (my weakness) and blondies from a good friend that works for a desert company, and they are sitting in the kitchen table just staring at me."&gt;E para ajudar ainda ganhei um bolo de abóbora (a minha fraqueza) e blondies de um bom amigo que trabalha para uma fábrica de doces, e eles estão lá sob a mesa da cozinha me encarando. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Nooooooo, I can't eat it, and I can't throw it out, I can probably put in the freezer, but it's so fresh, I don't want to put it in the freezer, are the thoughts going through my crazy"&gt;Nãooooooo, eu não posso comer, e não posso jogar fora, mas colocar no congelador talvez seja uma boa opção. Nossa, mas tá tão fofinho para congelar! &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="mind."&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span title="Enough with the food talk, let me write a little, it's through writing that I can release a little bit of this pain, can I call it pain?"&gt;Agora chega! &lt;p&gt;So many things have been happening to me in the past couple of months, so many changes within, and sometimes I just stop and try to figure it out who am I now? Because I&amp;#8217;ve changed so much, not only in the outside, but i&amp;#8217;ve changed my likes and dislikes, my taste for clothing, music and even food. I don&amp;#8217;t like what I used to, and the older I get it&amp;#8217;s becoming harder and harder to fake my mood, to not make a point, to not just be myself. Maybe cuz I know now, that we don&amp;#8217;t die from pain or love, or because something you really wanted didn&amp;#8217;t work out the way you wanted to be. I guess that&amp;#8217;s called getting old, and wisdom is supposed to come along with it, at least that&amp;#8217;s what I hope. Life never gets easier, because we are always hungry for more, but life is such a beautiful thing so why not make the choice to be happy. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;It&amp;#8217;s saturday and today I woke up hungryyyyyy! But on the weekends I feel like I need to be more creative with the meals, because I have more time to prepare and enjoy them. Well, for some reason I just can&amp;#8217;t let go of my oatmeal, I got have it every morning. So decided to spice up on the protein side. And this was the result: Egg white omelet, and a side of around 10 shrimps with onions, peppers and a light chopped brocoli. It felt like brunch, an early brunch. Today will be a low carb day, because I am taking the day off. So after this oatmeal I will try not to have any more carbs. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Bom dia,&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hoje é sábado e eu acordei faminta. Nos finais de semana eu sempre tento dar uma encrementada nas minhas refeições, porque eu tenho mais tempo para prepará-las e difrutar. Estou na fase em que tenho que comer meu mingau de aveia, simplesmente porque adoro. Mas não poderia esquecer da proteína, e foi aí que surgiu um omelete de 3 claras com um acompanhamento de 10 camarões refogados com cebola, pimentão e brocoli. Tudo bem picadinho. Ficou uma delícia e parecia um prato de brunch. Hoje será um dia de pouco carboidratos porque não vou treinar. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Butt, butt and butt&amp;#8230;..in Brazil the most popular part of the body, in the US not so much, but I have to admit J. Lo definitely has a big influence in the way americans think about a nice, round, big tush now. In the 90&amp;#8217;s the whole thing was to be super skinny, that was considered beautiful, thank God people&amp;#8217;s idea of beauty has changed. Nowadays almost everyone is searching for health, trying to be fit, trying to look strong, and I guess we can say &amp;#8221; the new skinny is strong&amp;#8221; .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But becoming strong is for sure more challenging than becoming skinny, because you actually need to put effort, energy, be a lot more conscious than just not eating. Now, how do I become fit? It&amp;#8217;s a combination of things, it&amp;#8217;s eating healthy, exercising, resting enough, taking care of your body and mind. I always talk about how IMPORTANT the diet is, and I also always talk about how IMPORTANT is to exercise properly. When I say properly, I don&amp;#8217;t mean heavy weights and all, I mean make sure you are pushing yourself to the limit. There is no point of exercising as a walk in the park, unless you are doing it as a relaxation method. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Let&amp;#8217;s get physical! To shape your body is not an easy thing to do, some were blessed and were born with that perfect shape, some were not, but that doesn&amp;#8217;t mean that you can&amp;#8217;t shape your body to become the best it possibly be. Now listen, don&amp;#8217;t think you are going to look like this or that person, everyone is built differently, people can have similarities but you will never look like someone else. So embrace your body, your shape and work with what you&amp;#8217;ve got.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Ways to make your butt rounder and more firm, again is by something I am always mentioning, the combination of cardio and weights. The cardio gets rid off the fat in your body and is good for circulation, the weights is what is going to make it toned and firm. Again you need to make sure that you are doing it to the max. No one is gonna have a perfect butt seating at the coach eating ice cream, some may be able to that because they were born with good genetics, but believe me it won&amp;#8217;t last forever. And diet of course plays a huge part on this game, sweets, bad carbs, junky food and etc&amp;#8230; makes people fat, if you have a lot of fat restored in your body, you are not giving your muscles the opportunity to shine.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Buy yourself a pair of cool sneakers, go for the short shorts you always wanted to wear, get things that will inspire you to work hard for. For me is the white jumpsuit,  but that&amp;#8217;s me, I am not saying you have to do the same. But I always try to make myself think: &amp;#8220;Ok, if I look good wearing this, than I am in peace, if I don&amp;#8217;t, that means I &amp;#8216;ve been doing something wrong and the only person that can change that is me.&amp;#8221; &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Don&amp;#8217;t wish for a good a perfect body, first because there is no such thing as being perfect, and second because your body depends on you to make it what you want it to be. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The secret is: eat to feed your body, and exercise frequently.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Exercises good for the butt are:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Squats, lunges, deadlifts, step ups, hip extensions, kick backs, running, biking, satir master&amp;#8230;so rock that booty!&lt;/p&gt;

Let me first start by saying that &lt;strong&gt;Peak Performance&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;a href="http://peakperformancenyc.com"&gt;&lt;a href="http://peakperformancenyc.com"&gt;http://peakperformancenyc.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, was voted by Men&amp;#8217;s Health Magazine &lt;strong&gt;as one of the Top 10 Gyms in the USA&lt;/strong&gt;, and no wonder why, this place is incredible. I saw some equipments that I had never seen before. I guess that&amp;#8217;s what a complete gym is supposed to look like. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;And then comes Mr. Antonio Valverde, the men. He was the one guiding me last night, and showing how it is he&amp;#8217;s approach to fitness. He focus in strength training, something I am not very familiar with. We trained legs and glutes, because those are the parts I need to improve. We did exercises such as: squats, deadlifts, lunges, swings and all those basics great moves but in a different way. really focusing on targeting the muscle, focusing in contractions and most important the posture.&lt;/p&gt;

Resolvemos t&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;reinar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; pernas&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e glúteos&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span class="hps"&gt;porque essas são as&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;partes em que preciso&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;focar.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Fizemos &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;exercícios&lt;/span&gt;, tais como: &lt;span class="hps"&gt;agachamentos, levantamentos terra&lt;/span&gt;, avanço, &lt;span class="hps"&gt;balanços com kettle bell e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;todos aqueles&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;movimentos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;básicos&lt;/span&gt;, mas com uma dinâmica diferente, focando em trabalhar o músculo o tempo todo, em cada&lt;span class="hps"&gt; contraçãos&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e o mais importante&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;a postura&lt;/span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt; We also worked as supersets, going from one move to another without breaks in between. On machine that I loved it and used it for the first time was the prowler. You can add as much weight as you want and then have to move across the floor&amp;#8230;.ohhhhh that burns, you feel like you are pushing a truck or something. Try running with that, and forget it I was on the floor after.&lt;/p&gt;

O legal desta máquina é que você coloca quantos anéis de &lt;span class="hps"&gt;peso quiser&lt;/span&gt; ,&lt;span class="hps"&gt;e então&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;tem empurrar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;pelo chão&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;&amp;#8230;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ohhhhh&lt;/span&gt; isso&lt;span class="hps"&gt; queimaaaaaa&lt;/span&gt;, a sensação é de estar &lt;span class="hps"&gt;empurrando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;um caminhão&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ou algo do tipo.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Tente fazer isso correndo&amp;#8230;..&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Sugar, sugar, sugar, so sweet and so evil to the body. We all know how BAD sugar is for you. But we all know how sweet it can taste. How to survive without it and still have some kinda of sweetness? I&amp;#8217;ve been learning some tricks, discovering some products and will share everything I learn with you guys. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Using sugar free syrups is a good way to &amp;#8220;lie&amp;#8221;to yourself, i know lies are not the best way to go, but sometimes you have to lie to your body and it won&amp;#8217;t even know the difference.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I discovered the Torani Sugar Free Syrups and Lord, my life is so much sweeter now. I add it on my oatmeal in the morning. Added in the baking, I am sure it will be great on pancakes, you can use in your coffee, and the best is all the different flavors that they have. I have been buying from this site &lt;a href="http://www.netrition.com"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.netrition.com"&gt;http://www.netrition.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/a&gt; for only $7,99, watch for the prices because prices can vary a lot. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;My oatmeal recipe- I eat every morning with an omelet (5 egg whites and 1 whole egg)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Boil 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup almond milk unsweetened&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1/2 cup of old fashion oats&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;when oatmeal is almost cooked I add 2 full tbs of the brown sugar- cinnamon torani sugar free syrup, add 1 pack  of stevia and sprinkle cinnamon. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;OMG its so good, I can&amp;#8217;t wait to get up every morning to have my breakfast.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;But you can also play around, add different syrup flavor, use ginger powder instead of the cinnamon. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hope you enjoy your food as much as I do mine! Eat healthy and your body will be thankful.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Today I am bringing something different. I’ve decided to share videos with you guys from my workout routines. I always feel like I learn so much from videos, therefore hope you learn something too. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;Body conditioning Class&lt;/strong&gt;, is a combination of cardio training with resistance training. In the beginning I didn’t think it would do too much for me, until I took the one at Nago &lt;a href="http://www.nagoacademy.com/"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.nagoacademy.com"&gt;http://www.nagoacademy.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, and I was breathless after my first circuit. So I added as an extra workout 2 times a week, but I still do my weights or cardio in the morning. This is how it goes, we have a different circuit every class and you have to move from 1 exercise to another without breaks, do that 4 or 5 x , depending on Leo’s mood (the instructor). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;This might seem not so hard in the video, but when you are doing the same move for 1 min without stopping, it can become very challenging, and I usually leave the class dripping on sweat. Last night it was only the 2 of us, but usually the classes are about 4 to 5 people. The gym also offers capoeira, which I will make another post about it.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Hoje decidi começar a compartilhar vídeos com vocês mostrando minha rotinas de treino. Eu acho que sempre aprendo muito assisitindo vídeos, espero que vocês também.  Esta é uma aula de condicionamento físico nos EUA, uma combinação de aeróbico e treinamento de resistência. No começo, eu não achava que seria minha praia, até que tomei a uma na academia Nago &lt;a href="http://www.nagoacademy.com/"&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.nagoacademy.com"&gt;http://www.nagoacademy.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, e estava sem fôlego depois do meu primeiro circuito. Então optei como uma atividade extra na minha rotina, 2x por semana, mas ainda mantendo o treino de musculação ou aeróbico manhã. A aula funciona assim,  é um circuito diferente a cada classe e você tem que passar de um exercício para outro, sem pausar, fazer isso 4 ou 5 x seguidas, dependendo do humor de Leo (o instrutor). Lol.  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Isso pode não parecer tão difícil no vídeo, mas quando você está fazendo o mesmo movimento durante 1 minuto sem parar,  pode se tornar desafiador. . Ontem à noite foi apenas dois de nós, mas geralmente as aulas são  de 4 a 5 pessoas. A academia também oferece capoeira, e eu vou fazer outro post sobre isso depois .  Espero que gostem!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;h3&gt;What is cellulite?&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Cellulite is that dimpled appearance of the skin that some people have on their hips, thighs, and buttocks. This appearance is much more common in women than in men because of differences in the way fat, muscle, and connective tissue are distributed in men and women&amp;#8217;s skin. The lumpiness is caused by fat deposits that push and distort the connective tissues beneath skin, leading to the characteristic changes in appearance of the skin. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;What causes cellulite?&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In my case is heredity,  I&amp;#8217;ve been battling against cellulite since I am very young. But cellulite can also be the amount and distribution of body fat, and age can all influence the extent to which cellulite is present or visible.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;What are the &amp;#8220;right&amp;#8221; treatments for cellulite?&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Unfortunately the is no magic pill or cure for cellulite. I say cure because to me that is what it will feel like, if there was a treatment to stop those horrible dimples that I hate so much. But since there isn&amp;#8217;t there are ways we can control them.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h3&gt;Can you beat cellulite?&lt;/h3&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Well, you can minimize by eating clean, doing exercises like : Aerobics, Interval Training, Weight Training. And one method that personally works for me is doing Lymphatic Drainage a type of massage very popular in Brazil that focus on reducing of body celulite, water retention, and detox of full body. I try to do it once a week, but I really saw amazing results when I was doing it twice a week. There aren&amp;#8217;t many places in NY to do that, so I recommend I spa that I go to in Queens called Natura Spa &lt;a href="http://www.naturaspany.com"&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.naturaspany.com"&gt;http://www.naturaspany.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/a&gt;, ask for Marina she&amp;#8217;s amazing. &lt;p&gt;I am obsessed with peanut butter. As a brazilian I didn&amp;#8217;t grow up eating it but once I discovered the flavor on the pot, I was lost. I literally wanted to put peanut butter on every single thing. Then I found out that peanut butter was &amp;#8220;healthy&amp;#8221; but the truth is PB has a high level of monounsaturated fats, which is not good if you are trying to stay lean.  Searching on the net, I came across &lt;strong&gt;PB2&lt;/strong&gt;, which is a powdered peanut butter. What makes  &lt;strong&gt;PB2&lt;/strong&gt; so good for you is the special process that removes 85% of the fat calories without the chemicals typically used in producing reduced fat foods. You can buy the product online and it also comes in a chocolate flavor, my favorite. I have been doing so much with it, mixing in baked goods, adding as a frosting, salad dressings, adding the PB powder gives that &amp;#8221; thai food&amp;#8221; influence. And to be honest when I am in urge for desert I eat with the spoon, just a little and it&amp;#8217;s satisfying. &lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;This morning I woke up feeling like s#*#. Sorry, but I tend to do a little cursing here and there just to keep it fun, Lol.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Going back to where I started&amp;#8230;.I woke up not feeling well and became nuts about it. How am I going to work out today? I need to run. I need to lift. I need, I need, I need, were the thoughts in my mind. But my body wasn&amp;#8217;t responding, my throat hurt, I was craving carbs. OMGGGGGG I was craving carbs. To me it felt like my world was about to crash. For the past month and half I became a machine of exercising and following my diet to the point. So what am I going to do if I happen to go off road? That&amp;#8217;s when I realized it was time for some mind challenging. It was time for a serious talk with myself. So I took myself to lunch, a healthy one, but I ate what I was craving for it. The whole way back home I started convincing myself that it is ok for me to take a day to rest, to indulge a little sweet, to just drop it for a minute. So, I convinced Thalita, and decided to stay home. I know some people may think that I am still young, single, why not be out? Go out? Party? Well, I just don&amp;#8217;t feel the need. Honestly I don&amp;#8217;t. I grew up in NYC, I went to every club, every party, saw all the &amp;#8221; very important people&amp;#8221; and that was over a decade ago. If I go out today, maybe will be a different place, but I will come across the same people, the same scene, the same old. That doesn&amp;#8217;t mean that I just don&amp;#8217;t like it at all, it&amp;#8217;s just that over time I became very selective and have other priorities. So, I enjoy staying home, writing or reading or just lounging, and that was exactly what it was done. And I couldn&amp;#8217;t have asked for a better day. Sometimes you just need to lay low, listen to your body, make yourself company and enjoy like there is no tomorrow. E agora, o que eu vou fazer se sair da linha? &lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Foi quando&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;perceb i&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;que era hora de&lt;/span&gt; começar a trabalhar a mente&lt;span class="hps"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; Hora de uma conversa comigo mesma&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Então fui almoçar, eu e eu, num dos lugares que mais gosto de comida tailandêsa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; escolhi um prato &lt;span class="hps"&gt;saudável&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, mas comi&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;o que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;estava desejando&lt;/span&gt; naquele momento&lt;span class="hps"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Ao&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;voltar para casa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; comecei o trabalho de me&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; convencer, de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;que é&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ok&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;tirar um dia&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;para descansar,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;para desfrutar um&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; doce&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Então,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;eu convenci a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;Thalita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e decidi tirar o dia para&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ficar em casa.&lt;/span&gt; S&lt;span class="hps"&gt;ei que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;algumas pessoas podem pensar mas é tão&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; jovem&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, solteira,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;por que não vai sair no final de semana?&lt;/span&gt; E&lt;span class="hps"&gt;u&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;simplesmente não sinto&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;a necessidade&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Honestamente, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;não.&lt;/span&gt; C&lt;span class="hps"&gt;resci&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;em Nova York&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, fui a&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;todos as boates&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, todas as festas,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;vi todas as &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps atn"&gt;&amp;#8221;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;pessoas muito importantes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;#8221; e isso foi a quase uma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; década&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;atrás.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Se eu sair &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;hoje, talvez&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;será um lugar&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;diferente, mas eu&lt;/span&gt; vou me&lt;span class="hps"&gt; deparar com&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;as mesmas pessoas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, a mesma cena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, a mesma história&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Isso não significa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;eu não gosto de sair e pegar uma baladinha de vez em quando&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;só que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;com o tempo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;eu me tornei&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;seletiva&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e passei a ter&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;outras prioridades.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Então&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, gosto de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ficar em casa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, escrevendo,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; lendo&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ou&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;apenas descansando&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;e foi&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; exatamente o que&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;fiz.&lt;/span&gt; N&lt;span class="hps"&gt;ão poderia ter tido&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt; um dia melhor&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;Às vezes você&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;só precisa&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;se calar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;,&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;ouvir o seu corpo e &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="hps"&gt;desfrutar da sua própria companhia&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt; E, ainda por cima &lt;span class="hps"&gt;fiz um&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;bolo de&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;cenoura&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="hps"&gt;incrível. I am very focused in the diet because it&amp;#8217;s basically 70% or more when it comes to competing. So I try to be a little creative here and there so I can enjoy my meals.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Last night&amp;#8217;s dinner was delish and I must share it. Very easy, nutritious and nice presentation.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What you need&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;1 box of the lean ground turkey (around 1.30 lbs)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;2 strips of Dill&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Salt&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Black pepper &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Garlic powder &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Finely chopped onions&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;chopped garlic&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Portobello mushrooms (as many as you will need, this will be the bun)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Olive oil&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mixed greens&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Yellow grape tomatos&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Turkey burger&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Mix the turkey and all the seasoning according to your taste, add onions and garlic, mix it all together. Then make the burger, it will make around 4 burgers of 150 grams each. Grill it. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The burger has around 224 calories, 26 grams of protein, 0 carbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mushrooms&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Spray olive oil in the foil paper, place mushrooms on the tray and take to 400 degrees oven for about 30 min, I also like to cover the top with foil paper. Take them out when they are soft. Place the burger on top of the mushroom and it&amp;#8217;s ready to serve. Have the mixed greens and tomatos on the side. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It was so good. If can also add cheese on top, caramelized onions and for sure use some mustard.&lt;/p&gt;
